I've been eating salmon for 4 years while living in uk because they were very easy to cook without needing to separate bones. They are probably from this kind of farm in Norway. I though my unbearable thirst while staying there was because of quality of water(limewater? or whatever they call), but maybe it was because I was eating toxic foods almost every week? I couldn't even sleep well because I constantly wake up to drink water - things got back to normal when I left europe..

I had the same experience. I was so excited to purchase the Redmond Real salt. After tasting, however, I was surprised to experience what felt like sand in my mouth. It was so gritty and grainy that it took the pleasure out of the experience entirely. There might be trace minerals, but it just felt like sand, and I was worried that I would chip or scratch the enamel of a tooth! That experience was unpleasant. I really wanted to like it.
